School Group Reservation Information
School Show Reservations
Once you complete the form below, your seats are reserved and an invoice will be sent to you within a few days. On the day of the show, simply bring your invoice or MSU Riley Center receipt—this serves as your group’s ticket.
Reservations and Seating
We carefully assign seats based on the date your order is received, group size, and student age. To ensure your entire group stays together and every child has a clear view of the stage, please provide an accurate final count before submitting.
Timing
Every performance lasts exactly one hour. To ensure a safe and organized exit, please remain in your seats at the end of the show; our staff and volunteers will guide your group out of the theater.
Chaperone Policy
For safety, we require one official chaperone or teacher for every 10 children. Chaperones must be part of the school’s official group order and be capable of navigating up to four flights of stairs. Please note that family members not included in the official school purchase will not be admitted.
Student Safety
For security reasons, a teacher or chaperone must accompany students at all times, including trips to the restroom or if leaving the theater early.
Transportation & Parking
Cars and Vans
Please Park in the Arts District Parking Garage.
Buses
Arrive 30 minutes before showtime. Travel north on 22nd Avenue, turn left on 8th Street, and left again on 23rd Avenue. Police will direct you to park facing east on 6th Street directly behind the Center.
Support & Assistance
While our wonderful volunteers are here to help with general seating, please look for a MSU Riley Center Staff Member for any specific needs or technical questions. We will be there to greet you upon arrival.
Important Note on Cancellations
Because we often turn away schools once we reach capacity, please only submit this form when you are certain of your attendance and headcount. A $100 cancellation fee applies to all withdrawn reservations.
