•  As buses approach the block, Campus Police and staff will direct them into reserved parking spaces specifically designated for school and charter buses.
•  Important Safety Rule: For safety, students must NOT exit the buses until specifically directed by Riley Center staff.
•  Personal Vehicles / Vans: The Arts District Parking Garage is free and available nearby for cars and vans.

•  Arrival Time: We recommend you Arrive 30 minutes before showtime.
•  Show Duration: School performances are approximately one hour.

· Tickets & Check-In:

•  A printed copy of the confirmation email serves as the group's ticket and should be brought to Riley Staff who will direct you to the entry.
•  The group leader at the front of the entire group should know all details as submitted on the reservation form. Please have at least one chaperone at the end of your group line as well.
•  Single classes or grades should not approach separately if they were registered together on one form.

Chaperone Ratio: The required minimum is 1 official chaperone or teacher for every 10 children. Please have more as best suited to your group needs for safety and expediency.

 Chaperone Eligibility & Policy:

•  All chaperones must be part of the official school count on the submitted form. Family members not listed on the submitted form will not be admitted.
•  Chaperones must be physically capable of navigating up to four flights of stairs. Student Safety & Supervision: A teacher or chaperone must accompany students at ALL times, including trips to the restroom.
• Dismissal/Exiting: To ensure a safe, organized exit, groups must remain in their seats at the end of the show until released and guided out by staff and volunteers.

Seating Assignment: Seats are assigned based on group size, student age, and order of submission.

Headcount Adjustments: Headcounts must be accurate at submission; changes close to the show date may not be possible.

Cancellation & Contacts:

•  Cancellations are subject to a $100 fee.
•  On performance day, if running late, call (601) 696-2200. The contact number provided on the form should be the group leader's cell phone number (not the main school number) for last-minute communication.

Accessible seating and services are available for students, teachers, and chaperones with disability or mobility requirements.

• Please indicate any specific accessibility, seating, or accommodation needs on your initial reservation form so venue staff can prepare suitable arrangements prior to your group's arrival.
