Kennedy Center Theater for Young Audiences
on Tour Presents

“Teddy Roosevelt and the Treasure
  Of Ursa Major”

.......................................................................
Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2008 ~ 9:30 am and 12:00 noon

After a fabulous presentation of Willy Wonka by the Kennedy Center, we are bringing them back to present this special project with the White House Historical Association. Roosevelt’s children imagine stories about the children of our nation’s Presidents in this exciting new musical. In the summer of 1904, young Kermit, Ethel, and Archie Roosevelt stumble upon a real-life treasure map hidden in their library’s copy of Treasure Island. The threesome untangles a decades-old mystery that leads them from the Red Room to the President’s Office to the Lincoln Bedroom.
